This first session is a place to begin. Whether you're feeling stuck, curious, overwhelmed, or simply drawn to explore, we'll work at your pace. Together, we'll get a sense of what needs attention and how creative therapy might support you. There's no need to prepare anything. You're welcome to speak, create, reflect, or simply sit with what's present. Online or in person, this is a space to start.
